Online orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10 am-9 pm EST, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. All orders will include a tracking number. Orders that cannot be delivered for any reason will be either re-shipped at the customer’s expense or cancelled without further notice.

ReluxGems is not responsible for any stolen, lost, damaged, or delayed orders once a shipment has left our locations and is in transit to the provided shipping address. Delivery delays do not warrant compensation, penalties, or order cancellations.

Any issues regarding shipment or delivery must be addressed directly with the carrier or handled through your financial institution. Please be advised that any false or fraudulent chargeback claims will be actively disputed.
