We conduct in-house authentication in our inventory department. Our team takes time to research each piece. The research during the authentication process also helps us determine the right price for your piece (if consigning)!

For some handbags and small leather goods they will come with an authentication certificate.

We sell both preowned and new items. New items are classified as NWT (New with Tags) and never worn. Secondhand pieces are categorized based on gem condition from 1-5.

We curate a mix of luxury and contemporary labels, including Dior, Prada, Gucci, Balenciaga, Agolde, Sandro, A.L.C., Self-Portrait, Maje, BA&SH and more. Our selection rotates frequently, so check back often!

All sales are final. For worry free shopping we offer 100% authentic items for great prices.

Yes! We accept luxury and contemporary fashion items on consignment. Our process is simple, secure, and designed to get you the best value for your pieces.

You can submit your items through our Consignment Form or email us photos/details at reluxgems@gmail.com. Once accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label

Our commission is 20–40% depending on item value, brand, and final selling price. High-ticket items qualify for lower commission rates.

You’ll receive payment via e-transfer, PayPal, or cheque once your item sells and the shipping window has closed

If your item doesn’t sell within our consignment window (90 days), you may choose to have it returned or discounted further. Return shipping fees will apply.

We handle professional photography, product listing, marketing, and minor cleaning (if needed). This is all included in your commission—no upfront fees.
